At Reese AFB, TX back in the 80s. They would take 2 T-38s and park them on the ramp tail to tail with enough room for either a T-37 or T-38 to taxi safely between them. The aircraft would then slowly taxi between these 2 aircraft while the parked T-38s would have their engines idling. The aircrew in the taxiing plane would have their O2 set at 100% while they went between the t-38s. This would Ьɩow all the warmed ice off the aircraft and any excess water. They would call this the “Jiffy Wash”
