A once-homeless dog is now enjoying playful romps at some of Los Angeles’ trendiest restaurants. In 2014, Ivy Diep affectionately named the stray dog “Popeye” after discovering him on the streets. Diep decided to bring the dog home due to his emaciated and matted condition. Popeye immediately bonded with her spouse and their other dogs, fitting right into the family.
She once brought Popeye along on one of their Instagram dates. They frequently review restaurants on Instagram, snapping photos and exploring new dining spots.
