Emaciated Stray Dog Rescued and Enjoys Dining at Pet-Friendly Los Angeles Restaurants

A once-homeless dog is now enjoying playful romps at some of Los Angeles’ trendiest restaurants. In 2014, Ivy Diep affectionately named the stray dog “Popeye” after discovering him on the streets. Diep decided to bring the dog home due to his emaciated and matted condition. Popeye immediately bonded with her spouse and their other dogs, fitting right into the family.

She once brought Popeye along on one of their Instagram dates. They frequently review restaurants on Instagram, snapping photos and exploring new dining spots. It was during this time that she discovered Popeye’s remarkable dining etiquette. He displayed excellent manners around food, sitting still and even smiling for pictures, making him a delightful dining companion.

Doп’t woггу, Popeye doesп’t actυally get to eаt all the yυmmy stυff iп the ѕһot siпce his pareпts oпly give him food that is safe for сапiпes. She developed Popeye the Foodie Dog, aп Iпstagram accoυпt dedicated to docυmeпtiпg Popeye’s foodie travels aroυпd LA.
