Congratulations to Loijuk on the arrival of their baby girl! It’s always a joyous occasion to welcome a new member to the family. I wish them all the best in their parenting journey and hope that their little one brings them lots of love and happiness.
We have named this precious little girl ‘Lili’ and she has become the 31 baby – that we know of – born to orphan elephants rescued by the Sheldrick Trust and now living back in the wіɩd.
It is so heartening that Loijuk, as with so many other new mums before her, chose to share this special moment with her human family and the dependent Ithumba orphans, so that we might all celebrate this new addition to our extended family together.
